Agreed with everything you said. Surprised we didn’t cue in immediately to that bit about flaming attacks when it was said. Galrauch is... well you heard my opinions about him. Not unusable for sure. I’m interested to see if people play him in the WotS Army of Infamy as a way to rock a lvl4 caster while bringing a regular Lord on Dragon 🤷♂️

In terms of Regen being negated by flaming, very few things with Regen are actually flammable, so flaming attacks are kinda spotty for that. Galrauch follows the trend of most special characters by being fine. He’s not unusable, but you can make much ”better” generic characters. Dark isn’t the best lore, but can suit what big G can do. Word of pain sets up breath of change and stream of corruption. Steam, soul stealer, and battle lust all improve output. Phantasmagoria is great too.
